Here at Michiana Community we understand that it’s not easy for you to leave your children with people you may not know yet.

We strive to do whatever we can to make you feel at ease and to welcome your children.

All of our children’s workers, from those who work with newborns to those who work with teenagers, have a criminal background check on file in office. Also, for added protection, all volunteers must be a part of the church for a set amount of time before they are allowed

to serve your children.

Our classes are a place for kids to meet new friends, develop relationships with adults who will invest in their lives, and to experience Jesus in a fun and exciting way.

While we strive to make make parents and children as comfortable as possible with our classes, we also realize that sometimes it’s best for children to stay with their parents in the service.  If you would like to keep your children with you, we are happy to have them join us for worship and the message.
